Information on the exercise of warranty claims
B2C RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Customer,
Recalling the General Terms and Conditions of Sale accepted by you at the time of your purchase on http://shop.annatwelve.com/ (available here), we remind you of the following.
Right of guarantee
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 129 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Product(s) purchased by you through the website shop.annatwelve.com by the company ERRECOM S.p.A. is/are guaranteed for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within 24 (twenty-four) months from its delivery, even if at the date of delivery the defect is not immediately detectable.
To enforce the warranty, you must notify Errecom S.p.A. of the presence of the defect in one of the following ways:
- by sending a registered letter with return receipt to ERRECOM S.p.A. Via Industriale 14, 25030 - Corzano (BS) in which it explicitly declares its willingness to exercise the right of guarantee and indicates:
- Order Number (as indicated in the order confirmation email):
- Date you placed the order;
- Date on which you received the ordered Product(s);
- Date on which you discovered the defect/defect
- Brief description of the alleged defect;
- the remedy of your choice: repair or replacement of the Product(s);
- his Address and E.mail;
- or by filling in the form available here
In order to exercise your warranty right, you must return the Product(s) without undue delay and in any case within 15 (fifteen) days from the day on which you notified us of the defect in the Product(s), together with a copy of the purchase receipt and the shipping and delivery documents. Should you fail to return the Product(s) within the aforementioned period, you shall forfeit your right under warranty.
The return of the Product(s) must take place using a carrier of your choice, at your expense and under your responsibility.
The Product(s) must be shipped to the following address: ERRECOM S.p.A., Via Industriale, n. 14, 25030 - Corzano (BS), Italy.
Effects of the exercise of the right of guarantee
Should Errecom S.p.A. ascertain the existence of the defect reported by you, Errecom S.p.A. will replace or repair the Product(s) - depending on the remedy indicated by you and provided that the experiment of such remedy is, taking into account the nature of the Product, objectively possible and not excessively burdensome for Errecom S.p.A. - within a reasonable period of time. In this case, you will be refunded all shipping costs incurred by you for the return of the Product(s) (as long as duly proven).
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used and cannot therefore be attributed to Errecom S.p.A.

Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL B2C
Dear Customer,
recalling the General Conditions of Sale accepted by you at the time of your purchase on shop.annatwelve.com (available at here), we remind you of the following.
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded through the website shop.annatwelve.com with the company ERRECOM S.p.A., without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which:
- has received the Product(s) ordered;
- received the last Product (in case of multiple purchases made with one order and delivered separately).
In order to comply with the term of 14 (fourteen) days it is necessary that you, before the expiry of the fourteenth day, inform Errecom S.p.A. of your decision to withdraw from the Contract by choosing one of the following methods:
- by sending a registered letter with return receipt to ERRECOM S.p.A., Via Industriale, n. 14, 25030 - Corzano (BS), Italy, in which it explicitly declares its willingness to withdraw from the contract, stating
- Product purchased;
- Order Number (as indicated in the order confirmation email):
- Date you placed the order;
- Date on which you received the ordered Product(s);
- his Address and E.mail.
- or by filling out the "Form Type of withdrawal" available here.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the Product(s) without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the Contract.
The return of the Product(s) must take place via a carrier of your choice, at your expense and under your responsibility.
The Product(s) must be sent to the following address: ERRECOM S.p.A., Via Industriale, n. 14, 25030 - Corzano (BS), Italy.
We remind you that, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Product(s) must be returned in an intact state of preservation and with original labels - where present - not removed, in the same conditions of receipt, provided with the original packaging and all accompanying documentation. The packaging of the Product(s) to be returned must be accurate, in order to protect the original packaging from damage, the affixing of writing and/or labels.
We also remind you that you will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product(s) resulting from handling the Product(s) other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation.
Effects of withdrawal
By exercising your right of withdrawal in the terms and conditions indicated above, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs.
Repayment will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we were informed of your decision to terminate the Contract.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used and cannot therefore be attributed to Errecom S.p.A.

Right of guarantee
The Product(s) purchased by you through the website shop.annatwelve.com from the company ERRECOM S.p.A. is/are guaranteed for any defect(s) or lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 12 (twelve) months from its/their delivery, even if the defect is not immediately detectable at the date of delivery.
In order to enforce the warranty, it is necessary that you, within a maximum period of 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery for obvious defects or 8 (eight) days from the date of discovery of the hidden defects, notify Errecom S.p.A. of the presence of the defect in one of the following ways:
- by sending a registered letter with return receipt to ERRECOM S.p.A. Via Industriale 14, 25030 - Corzano (BS), Italy or a PEC to the following address. [email protected] in which you explicitly state your willingness to exercise your warranty right and indicate:
- Order Number (as indicated in the order confirmation email):
- Date you placed the order;
- Date on which you received the ordered Product(s);
- Date on which you discovered the defect/defect
- Brief description of the alleged defect;

- or by filling in the form available here.
